Quiz night for a great cause

Our mission at Mediserve is not just to help nurses get the shifts they want and address the needs of our health clients, we also are very passionate about supporting the communities we live in. We’re keen to help wherever we can – and a worthy cause we’ve supported for many years is Operation Sunshine.

What’s Operation Sunshine? This volunteer-run charity brings a ray of hope to women and children displaced by domestic violence.  Operation Sunshine  supply essential items to those fleeing or displaced by domestic violence, including clothes, hygiene items, toys and more.

Mediserve has partnered with Operation Sunshine for a long time, and recently we had another opportunity to support this incredible initiative.

Operation Sunshine were hosting a ‘trivia night’ fundraiser, run by the great team at Bamboozled Quizmasters.  Who doesn’t love a trivia night?  Of course, Mediserve were happy to donate to offset operating costs for the fundraiser, and we were also happy to be able to attend the trivia night ourselves!

The Mediserve team had an absolute blast – Operation Sunshine organised a really fun night, with raffles, a silent auction, and of course trivia questions (quite a few of which had us scratching our heads - Bamzooled indeed).  All up, over 100 attended.
